My mother died a couple years ago and we have been working with the mortgage company to get the names changed on the account to no avail. We have provided numerous qualified written requests via fax and overnight mail, some of which we received a response well past CFPB guidelines or not at all. We have provided all of the information requested again, as recent as -/-/2016 and the account still has not been changed. Additionally, now it appears they have put the insurance in jeopardy of being cancelled. We have made every payment on time and the account is escrowed.
