Started a loan application to purchase a new home with Capitol One Mortgage on - -, -. The loan officer overlooked a document explained in attached - page verification of incident described here which led to my credit score of : - at the time of this loan application which dropped to - as of -/-/- over - credit pulls by Capitol One Mortgage as proven by -. In addition to an issue with - error in a failing to mail a new credit card with bill to correct address ( as reported to cfpb on -/-/- ).
