Vehicle loan Managing the loan or lease California

I had an auto loan with Hyundai. The car was deemed a total loss after an accident. GAP insurance was used and the car was paid off in full. Hyundai is reporting to the credit bureaus that it was charged off as well as delinquent payments following the accident.
