MSW Capital purchased a charged-off debt and is taking legal action to garnish my bank account. I had previously made payment arrangements but completely forgot about the debt because I had to mail in a monthly check and did not receive any account statements. I have attempted to make payment arrangements, even offering to have a monthly payment automatically drafted from my bank account to no avail.
