JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit Card Complaint

Bankruptcy

JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,

Bankruptcy Texas

My consumer credit report is reporting incorrect information for a Chase card that was closed as of -. The debt to the creditor was discharged on -/-/16, and they were advised of this, - credit-reporting shows the condition of the account to be derogatory as well as a revolving account, and after speaking to multiple reps at chase on -/-/16 they are advising that the account shows charged off, and debt still owed to me in their system. As this information is incorrect and this is no longer a debt and is also - old and should not be showing on my credit at all.
