I asked to get a loan estimate, and hesaid he could not issue the loan estimate until he received my application, other documents he sent me, and submitted the application to processing. Once those were submitted, he could mail me a loan estimate within 6 days. Per TRID, he is required to send me an loan estimate within 3 days of receiving my name, income, SSN, property address, estimated property value ( SEV ), and the loan amount sought.
