Navient has circumvented contacting me directly by telling sensitive erroneous information to my friends by calling them unsolicited. Navient often calls and acts as a debt collector even when my loans are not in default and are not even 30 days past due. Navient also calls my cell phone during work hours at least - times per day. Phone records should provide this.
