I am having problems with the Loan/finance company for my vehicle. The day after I had purchased the vehicle the finance company called me to welcome me to work with them. I mentioned to them that I am a construction tradesman and always out in the field. I gave them my wifes information and gave them permission to speak with her at all times regarding my payments. We ended up behind in payments because they keep telling her that I have to call them to give them permission to talk with her. They have her information on file but refuse to look for it. When I call I can not get anyone to speak -. I can never understand them. than they hang up. Finally I took two hours out of my very busy work day losing money to call them again and get hung up on several times. I finally get ahold of someone, and their story is that they do n't have anything on file and my vehicle will be repossessed. We have made them an offer, and they refused it. I know I have not very good credit however I deserve better service than this. This company is very unprofessional, disrespectful, and plain out ignorant.
