On - -, I discovered that my savings account was levied due to a judgment against my husband. The collection agency, Apothaker and Associates, has withdrawn funds from my husband 's account several times. The last withdrawal was - - in the amount of $1600.00. I contacted the agency to alert them of my complaint and they stated that a cease and desist was ordered on the account so they could not discuss any information.
