On -, I was declared - by -. I did n't have income and I overdraft my checking account. In - -, I begun to work again and I wanted to pay and continue using my checking account but the bank closed it and told me I have a balance for $1500.00 aprox. I told them I wanted to pay and asked if they could give me a discount, they agreed to discount % - so I paid $1200.00 aprox and they open another checking account. On - -, I open an account with a credit union offered as benefit from my employer and after gave the member number, online access and pay $20.00, they sent me - line email asking for proof that I took care of that balance. I was n't sure what they were talking about, because I have no knowledge of any balance with my bank so I asked them to provide any information so I could verify it. The credit union wont provide the a copy of the information but when I told them I would need some info to find out what was happening they told me that it was reported to chexsystems in


right, that it 's an error and asked them what they want me to do to demonstrate it. The lady, who is the credit union CEO, told me that no matter what I show to her she will not allow my account. Two days later I received a check for $20.00 and no explanation of expulsion. I have been wrongfully expelled, I talked with the bank and they told me they will updated chexsystems between the last Saturday and the next - and also they will provide a letter specifying I paid on - in full and there is no balance. When I talked by phone with the credit union to apply for membership they treated me normally but when I arrived to the branch they changed completely and ignored me until they saw I stayed there waiting for them to attend me. Then they made all the process impossible, first to get the member number, then the online account, then the verification of the balance with the other bank. I even offered to show the statements so they could see I paid the balance but first the asked for a phone number on the bank, then a letter and when I told them I was expecting it in the next few days the CEO told me she did n't care and I left. I also consider they have discriminated against me because national origin and -.
