Ocwen does not have any enforceable interest in the Note/Security Deed and the loan was paid and not assigned as stated in the Satisfaction of Mortgage. The Security Deed and title are defective. This action came about when the Department of Justice entered into a Consent Order with - - - for discrimination practices in - and - New York targeting - females homeowners in low income areas.
