In -/-/- or - -, I contacted Navient ( formerly - - ) to request copies of my promissory notes for - private loans that were financed through - - in -/-/- and -/-/-. ( For context : I graduated in -/-/-. I am currently repaying said loans, and have never missed a payment. ) Navient said that the only way for me to obtain the notes was via mail after they submitted an internal request that they expected would take about two weeks to process. I never received the notes, nor any other communication from Navient. In -/-/- -/-/-, I again requested my notes from the company. As of - -, - I have not received them.
