I PURCHASED AND NEW - IN 2014 FROM - STARTED HAVING ISSUES WITH THE CAR IN LESS THAN 3 MONTHS TOOK THE CAR HAD TO GO BEFORE THE STATE OF GA PANEL AND THE CAR WAS FOUND A LEMON - TOYOTA FINANCIAL ALSO KNOWN AS/- HAD REPOTED ME AS LATE WILL NOT REMOVE FROM MY CREDIT. I HAVE CALLED THEM SPOKE WITH SEVERAL PEOPLE STILL WILL NOT REMOVE. SAID THE MARKS WILL STAND I TOLD THEM THAT THEIR CORP OFFICE TOLD ME THAT ALL WOULD BE HANDLED LATER FIND OUT IT WAS REPORTED NO ONE EVER TOLD ME THIS WOULD HAPPEN. I AM SO NOT HAPPY WITH THIS CO. DOCUEMNTS SHOW CAR DEEM A LEMON. BUT STILL THEY WILL NOT REMOVE THE MARKS I FELT WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS NO GOOD THEY KNEW THIS. SO THE MISCOMUNCATION WAS I FELT I SHOULD NOT BE PAYING FOR A LEMON ALSO WAS TOLD THEY WERE TO GIVE ME A NEW LOAN BUTPAYMENT WOULD STAY THE SAME THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. THEY CHANGES THE VEN NUMBER ON THE LOAN TO THE NEW CAR. WHICH I DID NOT KNOW ABOUT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE. ALSO THE PAYMENTS STAYED THE SAME PER CORP REP FROM -. SO IT WAS MESSED UP FROM THE START. THEY SHOULD HAVE SHOWN THE OLD LOAN PAYED AND CLOSED BUT DID NOT.PLEASE HELP I AM TRYING TO GET THE LATE PAYMENT REMOVED FROM MY CREDIT REPORT. THANK YOU - - -
