I checked a copy of my credit report and realized that there was incorrect information on my reported from your agency, which I was not notified about. I do not agree with the debt. However, this is a notice sent pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 ( b ), that your claim is disputed and a validation is demanded. This is asking for proof regarding the debt.I am requesting you to stop all activities including reporting this information on my credit report. I need you to report to the credit bureaus to delete this inaccurate information. I am sure that you are aware of the fact that non-compliance with this request may end up in legal obligations. I have not received anything on this account with options - - - - - ARC Management Group LLC for the amount of $4700.00 I have not received anything this is not my account and I have informed them of that but yet the console report to the credit bureau.
