Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Nevada

Opened a payday loan with Cash Call in - paid on the loan until I lost my job in -. Informed Cash Call that I had lost my job and was un-employed and displaced. Per original attorney ( who is now deceased ) account was closed. A new attorney has purchased the debt and has re-opened accounts and is garnishing my wages. I have not been served with any paper work from - to -. I need to know how to proceed. Thank you
