Santander Consumer USA is charging me more interest and fees than what was disclosed in the contract. This is a breach of contract and several violations under the truth & lending laws under State and Federal. They are also charging me add on fees and late fees that were n't disclosed. I also called the about my payment being late and I was told they would let me skip - payments and just add it to the end of my contract but instead to this day -/-/2016 it 's showing I am behind $1200.00. Also I wanted to payoff the loan which the payoff should be around $17000.00 but Santander is telling me the payoff is $20000.00 which is another violation in the truth and lending. How can Santander USA get away with all the crooked Business they are doing??? I have read over - complaints about this Business Please CFPB do something. I might just find a Class Action Lawyer to go after them.
