The company called me several times they first off want you to just verify your address do n't tell you who they are which is a little scary secondly after finding out who they where collecting for and finding out I settled that debt with another collector on - - paying the settlement agreement amount of - an finding out that they had all of this clearly documented in there system from the previous collector an that they still would n't stop contacting an Harrassing me with phone calls and now receiving mail I contacted - which was company they were collecting for an they Said sold them the account and I was told that they did not resell them the account that they should close out the account if they have documention from the previous collector that I paid so I called back I spoke to a - whom spoke over me whom advised I need to send in bank statement to show I paid which I 'm not comfortable doing as they have all of the information I paid an with fraud going around I do n't want my bank info being sent. The debt is off my credit report because I paid the settled agreed amount I just want the phone calls and letters from this company to stop they should n't have my information.
