I had an account with - - opened in - 2009. I defaulted on this when I got sick and was unable to work. I later became - due to this illness. I tried to work with - - but they charged off the debt. Since that time, a debt collector purchased the debt and I have received - Dismissals from my local District Court and then a Summons and Complaint from the same court today about this debt.
