On - - I reviewed my credit report and found there was a collection account placed on my credit report from Commonwealth Financial Systems. I filed a dispute with the - credit bureaus in writing on the same day. They updated the account with the - credit bureaus but never provided me with documentation on the debt being mine. The credit reporting agency - gave me a telephone number to reach them because there was nothing else for them to do. I called in - and spoke with - -. He told me that the bill was for someone else who was a minor at the time. I stated that this was not my child nor was I in any shape or form responsible for this person. He stated he would request the medical records/discharge papers to see who signed for this child and to call back in a week. I called back and spoke with - - on - and he stated that the information had n't been received by the client as of yet. I also explained to him that the child the bill belong to was a foster child and a ward of the state he told


On - - I submitted a letter to Commonwealth Financial Systems from the agency stating that this child was under their care. On - - I was told that my account was placed on hold and they would reach out to client relations to find out why. Today - - I spoke with - who was condescending and stated she would hang up on me. She also stated that she has to reach out to the client to obtain the information. They are in violation FCRA laws by reporting a debt that in not mine and harassing me with consistent stall tactics. They also violated the 30 day rule in which they are to provide proof that the debt is valid through investigation.
