MoneyGram Money transfers department,

International money transfer Wrong amount charged or received Louisiana

Moneygram short changed the exchange rate on money sent to - by almost - dollars. I caught it because I had checked the exchange the day before. I have send money previously but never paid attention. If they are doing this routinely they are profiting enormously off of people who can least afford it.
