This place is calling my relatives ( not sure how they got their numbers ) stating that their is a claim they are moving forward on so they need me to contact them by - or - that day. I am not aware of what *claim* this is for ... nor is it one I 've ever received via snail mail. I am not going to assume I have a debt because of a phone call. They are faxing my place of employment with documents that are not legal but trying to obtain personal information. They are stating they are trying to locate me, but have not sent any formal documentation stating what this claim is for.
