The law firm that Cash Call hired to collect their debt is calling me on my cell, my work number. They are leaving VERY DETAILED information on my parents home phone, my sisters phone and my friends phone stating that this is - - from - and this message is for ( My Name ). - ( My Name ), your agreed upon payment of $170.00 failed to clear your bank and came back as insufficient funds. If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours we will be contacting - - for fraud charges for them to take their action on a state and federal level. Please return my call at - ext - And a - also left this same message with a call back number of - ext - I do not live with these relatives or friends. They should not be leaving these types of messages.
