I have been trying to get Credit Karma to update my correct address. I have provided them hard proof yet they keep telling me that - is giving them the information. - sent me - hard copies with my proper address. Credit Karma refuses to correct the incorrect information. - has tried to contact them but Credit Karma is not changing the information to match. The issue is my address is - - - not - - - -. This makes it difficult to give my credit to people to check because the information will not match and Credit Karma refuses to put the correct information. I am attaching all my emails from Credit Karma and from -. Please get Credit Karma to do the legal thing and make them change the information to match, so all my credit bureaus information matches.
