Incorrect information on credit report Personal information California

HireRight Inc. provided inaccurate information to a prospective employer jeopardizing my employment opportunity. I was asked to provide proof of self employment which I did. In spite of providing county and federal documents they were not reviewed by anyone and an inaccurate report was provided with incorrect dates and information I contacted HireRight immediately but was told it would take 30 days to resolve and they would not allow me to speak to any managers.
