I received a letter with the mailing address of - , - - - - -, - -, -, - - - attached - - - - - is the principal agent for -, - ; and I believe - - - is - in the same as - - -. In Letter A, there is an offer to settle an unverified DEBT at - % off with some company called JEFFERSON CAPITAL SYSTEMS , LLC - - -, - -, - -. - - is acting as President and Chief Executive Officer of JEFFERSON CAPITAL SYSTEMS , LLC. ; and i believe - - is one in the same as JEFFERSON CAPITAL SYSTEMS , LLC.


I afforded - - - working for - - 15 days to answer my offer to settle this DEBT ; but there was no response - see attached Certificate of Non-Response. 30 days after Notice A, i sent a followup notice that i wish for - - - and - - to cease and desist since there is a failure to verified this DEBT, and that i wish for them to purge their databases of my information and remove any negative reports to my credit immediately - attached as Notice B. On - - 2016, my Notary received a letter from - - - that fails to state a DEBT that i am obligated to settle ; in fact there is no amount stated, no damages claimed, no losses ... its not even a bill - attached Letter B. I believe Letter B is absolute rubbish. On - - 2016, i received a letter from - - saying that - - - has an offer to settle a DEBT - attached as Letter C. I believe Letter C is an attempt to collect on an unverified DEBT sent through the Post Office, which is fraud. I believe I have acted in good faith to settle this DEBT alleged by - - and - - -, but enough is enough.
