Portfolio Recovery continue to attempt to collect on a debt that they forgave. I was sent - but they continue to harass me by asking for payment on a debt they forgave and written off thru the IRS. Also they falsified information on my credit file stating that the debt was opened in 2012 to avoid removal of the debt which negatively impacts my credit score in a collection tactic attempt.
