After filing my taxes I received return on a prepaid debit card with American Express serve and used it one time at an atm and my entire return was stolen from my account due to a card skimmer totaling $1600.00. I opened the dispute - -, 2016 and have been in contact with over - - and - Supervisors that promised and assured me my tax refund back within two weeks BOTH times. As of today - -, 2016 I am now being told my card is now LOCKED AND I WILL NOT RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK! I have faxed them several documents including the affadavit of fraud, police report, news article and was hung up on and told several different things.
