Quick Click has my information for a loan. I did not request the loan and did not know about the loan until I saw it on my credit report and challenged it on my credit report. In response I got a notice from a 3rd party that a lawsuit has been filed. I checked court records and it has been filed although I have not yet been served by -. I did not take the loan out nor have they responded to my request for validation after I found it on my credit report. I am formally filing a complaint to log all of the debt collection violations they have done. They have not validated my debt and filed a lawsuit against me without validation.
