I went to - - Va from -/-/- to -/-/-..I 'm - and I have $60000.00 in student loan debt from - - - - $30000.00 from federal loan and the rest from a private lender. My student loan payments are about $520.00 a month just from the private lender Peaks loan. - - sold it to them and i got stuck with them. I make - payments to the same private lender every month and they wo n't consolidate it because they said it has different interest rates.They would n't even tell me who owns the loans. that 's when i sense fraud.When i was reading about - tech getting sued in the comments sections everyone was just about in the same situation I 'm in.I want to file or join a class action lawsuit against them. I am incapable of feeling relaxed when I think of my finances.I do not foresee my future children 's lives improving beyond my own as I will be incapable of providing to them the things I had as a child due to my debts.
