I called navient to inforn then I 'm unable to make payments due to financial problems. I asked them since I contacted them if they could stop calling my co signer who is elderly. They told me even though I spoke to them they would not stop calling. I told them that was harassment, and that by law once contact is made thsy ca n't keep calling. They disagreed and tild me that were going to call until they had payment or payment arrangements. I told them at this time myself and cosigner are - financial hardships.
