JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
A - form was sent to an address - - -, - T- -. I have never lived in a city or at that address. The individual who lives at that address contacted me and forwarded me the - form. I have contacted CHASE credit card to inquire how and why this happened as I have lived at the same address - - - -, - - T- - for 13 years. After several attempts to speak with chase and understand who authorized the address change they said they do not know how or why the information was sent to the 3rd party and that they do not keep records for that information but that they were sorry it happened. Chase bank reps do not want to discuss the matter with me and I feel they are trying to hide how this event occured.
