Barclays PLC Credit card department,

Closing/Cancelling account Indiana

I have a Barclaycard Arrival credit card. The account was closed by the bank and the department responsible for closing my account refuses to take my phone call to explain to me why the account was closed. They are keeping over $800.00 worth of points I have earned.
