Credit line increase/decrease Maine

I recently submitted a complaint against Synchrony Bank on another - of my credit cards. Unfortunately for me, Synchrony Bank is such a large institution that is attached to ALL of my credit cards, but -. I have been paying on my accounts and have not been late. I have been trying to pay my credit cards to a zero balance. After I submitted a complaint with regard to a couple of my other cards, I most recently received ANOTHER statement from Synchrony with regard to my Walmart Credit Card. I recently owed approximately $25.00 as a payment on my Walmart Card, my monthly amount due. I paid $100.00 on my account, because I am trying to get it to a - balance. After I submitted my complaint and payment, Synchrony Bank sent me the attached letter indicating that they were reducing my credit line amount. I recently check my credit reporting status and it is indicating that a portion of my poor credit status is based on the fact that that the amount of my credit lines are maxed out to the amount that I owe. I have been trying and trying to correct that, but each time I


This has certainly not happened in my case. I have been trying my hardest, only to have Synchrony Bank, because they are much larger than me, hurt me, the consumer. I really wish your agency would do something about this! Thank you. As a post script, I DO have a few outstanding medical invoices being reported due to an accident. This accident claim has been settled and these should be removed from my credit shortly. Thank you for any help you can provide me. I am at a loss with Synchrony Bank and really am trying my hardest to increase my credit score. Each time I increase it a little, Synchrony Bank makes it decrease.
