Complaint : CitiMortgage, - & - posted our mortgage payments from - - to present year - and called to collect over the phone payments ( EFT - electronic funds transfer ) for the ( ACH - automatic check handling ) payments in the form of personal checks already posted to our account, assessed us late fees for additional payment applied to principal ( misappropriated installments including - PA real estate taxes, city of - PA taxes and - Area School District Taxes ), reported out posted late to national credit bureau - - and - when our Mortgage insurance payments were never late, our CitiMortgage note terms should have been stated in rider when servicing changed ( - of the month due with 15 days grace period ) we were never late greater than 10 years of payments, applied additional fees for servicing, denied loan modification application, denied refinance application, denied federal application for HARP, added additional interest on our original note dated - - with fixed 5.5 % interest backed by - and added additional finance fees on top of the finance fees assessed on our settlement document, thus misappropriated our mortgage financing with interest payments reporting us


class action notice with - c/o - and have not received any payments nor listed us for - records. CitiMortgage, - & - have exceeded 7 - 10 days written response to our letters, exceeded the 30 day investigation thus escalating our qualified requests in writing for mortgage principal payment adjustments citing additional yearly payments applied, denied request for reverse late fees providing franked records of posted payments withing the note guidelines, and failed to refund monthly monies assessed accordingly. We provide detailed documents to stop phishing, harassment, imposing -, undo stress and deformation of character. We seek restitution thereof, to be made whole, and immediate writ of satisfaction ( mortgage paid in full ) immediately.
