Improper use of my credit report Report improperly shared by CRC Michigan

filed chapter -/-/2014 credit first /firestone part of chapter- creditor served still falsely showing open and 109 percent over limit. contacting Equifax twice to dispute it and Equifax failed to answer dispute or correct the errors doing damage to mine and my wife 's credit report which they added to my wife 's report almost a year later after the -/-/2014 chapter - filing it seems obviously - is intent on deliberately damaging our credit reports and Equifax is not working to resolve the matter I ask that they be made to remove this entry from both our credit reports if they can not be trusted to do the right thing
