Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan can't temporarily postpone payments

Sallie Mae Student loan department,

Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Can't temporarily postpone payments Utah

Salle May has been calling - 8 times a day trying to collect payment on my sons student loan. Even after making a payment they continue to call non stop. I was told by them that the student loan is through a private insurer which happens to be Salle May and is not secured by the federal government.
