My loan from - - - was sold to another lender when the DOJ Settlement happened so they did not have to modify my negative amortization loan. The new lender servicer has refused to modify my loan even though they have all the information they need. They are proceeding to foreclosure without mediation, acknowledging my loan mod docs, or even a large down payment to reinstate my loan. The attorneys for them are a foreclosure mill and will not acknowledge receipt of any information. I would like a mediation or intervention to resolve the case.
