I am working with a lawyer to attempt a loan modification and the most recent documents from the mortgage company states " account was reviewed and denied for loan modification on -/-/2015 due to debt to income ratio out of acceptable guidelines. Account currently no longer being solicited due to Cease and Desist placed on the account ''. Neither my lawyer or I am aware of where this statement originated from because I have been working with them for months to resolve this modification issue. Any assistance you can provide would be very helpful in working with my lawyer to acquire a loan modification on the property.
