My lease with Chrysler Capital was paid off on - - -. They continue to display my account as past due. I have called several times to verify status and am told to wait a little longer. On - - - at - -, I spoke with - who advised there was a payment pending, she transferred me to -, who at - - told me that my lease was coded as purchased and to be closed, that there were no monies due, and that it should close before - - -. I called again on - - - at - - and spoke to - who advised me that the account is marked as $0.00 and pending close, and that it *should not* report to any credit bureau as it should close out. At this point I have no faith that Chrysler Capital will keep their word. I do not want any blemish on my credit as result of their incompetency!
