Improper use of my credit report Report improperly shared by CRC Georgia

- took money from my credit card for payment over two years and later sent me collection agency to get their money. Eventually the Merchant Credit took me to court to get the money in - 2015 and they told my to take legal action on the money they took from my credit card. After - 2015 they continued to take money from my credit card even though they told me my account balance is zero. - - Bank put a dispute and when we had a conference call with with - help, they could not provide the answers about taking my money illegally. The collection agency report affected my credit score which I believe was not right.
