I had my - mortgage with - for the past 10 years and have not had to pay a fee to make online payments. My loan was recently sold to Statebridge Company, LLC. - charges a $5.00 fee to make online payments. I called to inquire about having this fee waived and I was told that they are unable to waive it unless my Mortgage Note states that there is no fee to make payments. Being in the mortgage industry myself, I know that Mortgage Notes do not state such information. I would like the $5.00 fee to make online mortgage payments waived indefinitely on my loan # -.
