I 'm having a problem with Navient private loan -. I 've submitted - - application to have this loan discharge because I do n't have any income. To no avail they continue to decline my request. I had no problems getting my Federal loans - but -Navient private suggests that I become delinquent rather work out a plan. I 've recently ask if they could defer my payment for a year are so until I have - income.
