Vehicle loan Managing the loan or lease Nebraska

Santander refuses to update my credit info being reported to the - credit bureaus to open/current for this loan or lease. I have paid them to make the loan current and paying all applicable fees but they refuse to report the correct/accurate information. This is affecting my livelihood in regards to employment and housing opportunities.
