Experian Credit reporting department,

Credit monitoring or identity protection Problem with fraud alerts California

Dear CFPB, This is my second time submitting this information. After about - months of dealing with ID theft I had requested removal of the fraud alert on the Experian file and enclosed all the required documents, which Experian indicated were needed as described in their original correspondence with me when the alert was put on the file. I received an acknowledgment in the mail but they placed and additional 90 day alert which is exactly opposite to that which I had legally request. I 'm attaching the documents which were provided and request for the fourth time that they remove the alert. Do I need to ask a federal judge to make them listen?
