I applied for and was approved for - Southwest credit cards. Before I used the cards I called to verify that I would be getting the - bonus on each card. The customer service rep that I spoke with assured me that I would. I used each card to meet the min spending on each card. I only received the bonus on - card. I called back and they said that I 'm only allowed - bonus per card. They said if I applied for the Southwest Plus card I can get my other bonus. I 've tried to apply for the Southwest - card but have been denied. I feel I am missing - bonus points.
