JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,

Credit determination Washington

Chase has sent me - credit card mailings between - and - of -, and I do n't want them. I am certain they are affecting my credit, and I want them stopped. However, when I call chase to get rid of these " offers '', there is a robot asking me for my Social Security Number, which they should not need, for my home address, my telephone number, and - knows what else, and they do not allow me to connect to a representative, period. Enough!!! I am not interested in giving that information to anyone, and the fact that THEY have it really - me off.
