Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Trouble with how payments are handled Texas

I was awarded the - Loan repayment grant. I used a lot of it to pay ahead on my Private Loan to AES servicing. I wanted to be paid ahead 10-15 years on the private because my federal loans will be forgiven after 10 years. Well they now transferred my loan to -, and now I lost all of that. I now owe a payment each month I was not anticipating paying.
