Sallie Mae Student loan department,

Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Can't temporarily postpone payments New Jersey

My student loan is with Sallie Mae. I have made several payments on this private loan. But, recently I have not been able to make payments due to unemployment and family changes. Now, Sallie Mae is harrasing mu family memebers, immediate and other relatives. It is a total disaster. My federal loan is under forebearance because I will go - in - 2016. But Sallie Mae, will not negotiate for such terms. I have written to them, called them, no success. I would appreciate any input and help. Thanks.
