Chase assessed $2000.00 interest on a $6000.00 loan. They have never sent a statement so I can pay the interest charges as I do on my daughter 's other loan. I want to pay the interest going forward but I need statements. I also want the $2000.00 rescinded since we were not made aware of it at ANY time from Chase. They lied and said they sent statements. They have never sent a statement to any address my daughter or I had. And I was int he same place for 14 years.
