Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Idaho

Back on - - I made a payment plan with CashNetUSA and was told that as long as I made a payment of $38.00 for the next year that I would be good. Well that was nor not the case on top of the $38.00 payment that I made they said they were to take out another $100.00 on the -.I never agreed to this. After calling them I am told and I also have an e-mail saying they do n't have to disclose any terms and conditions of the Loan. I want this loan written off cause I was never made aware of the terms and conditions of the payment plan. I was told that I would make a $38.00 payment for the next year to get the loan paid off I never agreed to have them take out an additional $100.00 a month on top of that payment
